Rice, in all its forms and versions, becomes the main protagonist of each table with six different recipes where each spoonful becomes a party. A tribute to one of the most famous ingredients of our gastronomy.
You can choose between Arroz de Verduras a la Brasa, Arroz a Banda, Arroz de Calabaza y Pato or Arroz de Calabaza y Pato. Rice with Grilled Matured Meat Cutletsbut our chef has also prepared two versions of fideuá, taking the typical Gandía recipe to the heart of El Monte de El Pardo, such as the Fideuá de Chipirones y Gambas Rojas or , one of the most acclaimed by our chefs. Boletus and Foie Fideuá, one of the most acclaimed by our customers.
In addition, on the menu you will find a careful selection of dishes to go with the Cabratxo Ingot, the Mussels in Cocotte, the Andalusian Fritura with Ali-Oli or our Living Lettuce Salad with free-range Chicken and Mediterranean Mince.
